Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

1 tsp paprika

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp unsalted butter

For the Sauce:

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained if packed in oil)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Sear the Chicken

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a gentle simmer.
